Called and was told they don’t take new clients because they have months of work backed up.
Extremely disappointed with service. We called to have our shower fixed. Two men from Rauer came out and were here for a total of 5 minutes. The problem was solved but after they left we discovered they had created a different problem with the tub spout flow. We were charged a ridiculous amount for a 5 minute repair that caused another problem. Would not recommend.
My sump pump alarm went I called Rauer plumbing. Jim came helped fix the issue and also fixed my toilet tanks to make them more efficient. It’s so great to find an honest and trustworthy person to help you in your time of need and not take advantage off. I highly recommend Rauer Plumbing!
