Most dependable knowledgeable owner as well as workers. Know job to small and most of all there isn't a job to big that V & L plumbing can't handle. And I would recommend V & L plumbing to any developer from subdivisions all the way to skyscrapers you name it they can do it.

Calling the plumber isn’t what anyone looks forward to, so the least a company can do is offer quality service, competitive pricing and ideally get there as fast as possible. I was very pleased with how fast V & L responded to my request for a quote; they came out the very next morning and had the repair done within an hour. Our service technician was Chaz - he was very professional, wore shoe covers, left the space under the sink cleaner than how it was when he got here, and he took a few minutes to explain what he fixed and where the problem started from. Highly recommend them!

Had some work done by Luis, this was prior to him being President of the company. A latent problem was later discovered and Luis did the right thing at some financial pain to himself. Based on this and other experience with him I'd say under his leadership V&L Plumbing will have a culture of customer first focus and integrity. Sometimes you learn more about someone when things don't go as planned, Luis is a stand-up guy.

I had a New vanity installed with two faucets which the work was very good but the problem, I was quoted by Luis a certain hourly rate which I informed him required removel of old vanity on the second floor of my house. So two men showed up to do the job and removed the old vanity and installed the new and when the job was done the final bill was not just the hourly rate but an extra $50 rate per hour for 6 hours for the second guy who told me he usually works in the warehouse but it was a slow day. I would not recommend this company for this reason.
