In a word...outstanding. We had a pipe leaking that supplied our master shower that resulting in water leaking through the ceiling into my office. I have had Action do some work before, which I was very pleased with, so they were my first call. They answered the phone promptly and scheduled a technician. The technician arrived on time and was very nice and respectful. I walked him through the issue and the troubleshooting steps I had already completed. The leak was located and repaired promptly and the work was completed neatly. Very reasonable rate as well.

I bought a city water whole house booster pump to increase the water pressure to my home. The plumber I had used before did not want the job. I called two plumbers from Craig's List and received over-the-phone estimates. Afterwards, I remembered that a friend who worked at a local plumbing supply store liked Action Plumbing. I called and received an over-the-phone estimate about $25.00 higher than one estimate and $50.00 cheaper than the other. They came out promptly and did the install. The job was well planned out and done neatly. The workers were very friendly and advised me of what problems they could run into in an older home. I couldn't be happier with the job they did and Action Plumbing will be first on my list the next time I need plumbing work.
