Great family owned company. The owners are on-site and and do alot of the service work. Was impressed by how professional they were.

Called DON SCHMIDT this morning at 8AM. These people answered. I said,"I am sorry,I was calling Don Schmidt." The person on the other end said"Oh,we took over his business a couple of years ago." I explained that my ductwork was not working properly,that I had my nephew to put new ductwork on,but it was acting up and not allowing the air to get through. She said someone would be with me shortly. At 2:00 PM,I called back,(because it is Friday,and since I called at 8AM, I did not want to pay weekend after hours rates. She assured me that a technician would be here shortly. At 2:40PM,a guy called,said he would-be here in 15 minutes. The man came, took a peek under the mobile home, and said I won't be able to work on this it's ductwork. Mind you this is it 255 on a Friday evening. I said you mean to tell me that she didn't tell you it was ductwork?? He said, No. He said that they will call you back in a little while. I said you realize it's Friday evening at almost 3 o'clock right? He started laughing and walked off. The person that I spoke to at 8 AM, called me back in about 10 minutes, and in her little whiny voice said, "oh you have ductwork problems??" I said yes the same ductwork problem I had this morning when I talk to you at 8 AM. I wouldn't take my dog to this place.

I've now used SR Meny twice - once for AC repair and once for my gas furnace - and I can't recommend them enough. Locally-owned family business that operates with honesty and integrity. I also appreciate that they've gone solar on their building!
