Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I have been dealing with Summers plumbing heating and cooling for about four years now I am on a plan and it’s the best money I have been able to invest then they send people here to check my home furnace AC water and through the years I’ve met many people there but I have to acknowledge the gentleman that came today his name was Joe and when an impression he made on me he’s been working for them maybe about a year but he knew what he was doing and he went above and beyond helping me with other issues concerning the furnace and I was just so grateful that he didn’t give me a hard time or make faces but you can see is more than willing to go above and beyond to help a customer out and Summers really has made an impression on me because they’re hiring individuals who take pride in their jobs and after Their jobs and that people who are just making a living and I also have to mention the receptionist Nicole who does an awesome job of keeping up with the customers when they need for their furnaces AC water to be serviced she’s there on the phone calling and reminding us and making appointments she’s awesome as well keep up the good work Summers and Joe thank you once again for being awesome man who takes pride in his work

My appointment window was 10-12, I was called at 9:30 AM and told a technician was on his way. I recieved a text with the technician's information and picture shortly after. Joseph was on time, and very polite. He was efficient, honest and took time to answer all of my questions. Very happy I called them for my AC tune up and not someone else. Will call them again should the need arise.

Joe, my service tech was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my million questions. If he is indicative of the caliber of the employees at Summers, I am very impressed. I also especially appreciated the picture sent before he arrived, I had no hesitation in letting him into my home. I will definitely be utilizing your company in the figure.

The representative (David) that was sent to my home was very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to explaining Summer’s heating and cooling systems. David patiently walked me through what systems would be most efficient and cost effective for my home. David is a people person with a huge heart and a damn good salesmen! It didn’t take long for me to say yes and sign a contract for installation. Both installers did an AWESOME job with installing my furnace and AC unit today...5+ stars for all involved!

Dan from Summers was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Without any prompting. He explained to me everything he was doing why he was doing it. That kind of knowledge and service was very much appreciated.
