I have used Adam's a few times in the past. Started out ok, then started having issues on a project. They were very hesitant to respond. Have an issue come up on a double that they have worked on before. Since they worked on it before, I called them to repair a clogged main sewer line. Adam the owner told me that he would be out there the next morning. Did not here anything the next day till I called in the afternoon. he said he didn't make it out and we'll be out there first thing in the morning. Mind you, this is a double with tenants on both sides. I followed up the next day which is the third day and Adam said that he is not going to go out there. I was really surprised about this being in the past what he has told me he has done. I was very disappointed for a few reasons. The main reason is I had to wait 3 days just for him to tell me this and all you had to do was tell me this up front. Will never use again. Will never recommend to anyone.
