Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I am very happy with the service. Very professional and courteous. It was clear that the gentleman here, Rob, was very experienced and I felt confident in his assessment. It should be noted, that the prices are high for work but you also get what you pay for. Specifically, someone who is experienced and with the guarantees for any work performed. As always the better the service the more the cost but in this case this is what I chose and I'm happy I did so. Lastly, Rob did a fantastic job and I will be requesting him for any work that is needed in the future.

Our installer Sean was great. Very personable and professional and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to provide an exceptional and satisfying experience while installing my water heater. Sean is definitely an asset to Summers heating and cooling. I Highly recommend Sean and Summers for your heating and cooling needs.

About 4 weeks ago I received a Flyer in the mail from Summers to check and clean my furnace. I called to set up an appointment. I spoke with Nicole who was very pleasant and professional took care of everything. Micheal called to tell me he was on the way. As it turns out it had a crack in the Heat Exchanger,He said it could be replaced, but the old furnace was not very efficient. I was shown 3 options based on how efficient they were and I choose a 98% one on 3/3/15 and was installed on the following Monday 3/6/15. I wasn't pushed to buy something that I didn't need. Sean called me to say how soon they would arrive. Sean and Steve installed the new furnace. They got it installed with my options. Sean and Steve are Awesome! They cleaned up every everything after they were done. Of course it always comes in 3's. My house was built in 1928 and back then Clay Pipe was used and it was broken apart. Sean came over to give me an estimate and when it could be done. Sean and Adam also replaced new lines for my waste and drains. Awesome again! Sean is a Master Plumber and Adam is the Heating and A/C guy. Another A/C company had installed my former unit. They didn't level or put pea gravel down,so it was slipping off the pad. I purchased a new more efficient unit and it was installed with pea gravel to make sure it was level and everything was set up inside furnace. Of course next was the water heater. Sean and Adam set it up and Sean had some thoughts on the old cast iron pipe that were rusty to be replaced. Everyone at Summers is Great! Dan the Manager,Sean, Adam, Steve,Austin, Joe, Nicole and Amy. I believe everyone at Summers gives 200%. I will call them again for all my plumbing heating and a/c needs.

Tech actually was available earlier then originally planned which made my day easier. Tony was very through in his work and explanations of the tasks being performed. I’ve never had a bad experience with Summers.

When our central air went out during a heat wave, Summers came out quickly. Unfortunately, we have a "fancy" type of furnace and the part we needed had to be ordered. It was very expensive!! But Rob Nowakowski, our technician, was able to determine that we were still under warranty and called me as soon as the part came in. We were up and running in no time. Rob is really fantastic, and I'll definitely be calling them for any future cooling, heating or plumbing issues.
