We had a tough clog in our kitchen sink... Justin was very professional and friendly. He worked for about 3 1/2 hours trying to unclog the drain. I appreciated all the work he put in to getting the job done!

I called Roto Rooter to make an appointment and a technician was on the job in less than 24hrs. They sent me a text message letting me know that the technician was on the way that included a photo of the technician. I also received a call from Jared letting me know he was 10-15 minutes away. When he arrived he listened to me and took care of the problem with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jared at Roto Rooter!

Roto-Rooter came out and reset my water heater and had it back up and running in like 5min. I did have some issues with the invoicing but John the branch mgr reached out to me and made it right. I would use Roto-Rooter again in the future.
