Outstanding!! Thought I needed a new hot water heater. He could have said nothing and just replaced the hot water heater. Instead told me it didn't need to be replaced now, could do some repair. They are honest and up front about all repairs. Riverway Plumbing is now part of my "team" for any plumbing work. The best.

They were great. Knowledgeable and thorough. Cleaned the gurgling drain, repaired the outside spigot and set two toilets. Kyle was patient with my constant questions. They were willing to go a distance to my house too. I'll call them again.

I'm in a hyper critical state of mind and if I was even remotely unsatisfied (at this moment), this review would be less than kind. The company is exceptional. Not only did they answer the phone BEFORE business hour opening (unheard of usually)- they responded to my problem immediately. I didn't expect their field service quickly as I know appointments are booked days in advance. But they showed up and fixed our problem! EXCEPTIONAL and TOP NOTCH. Definitely recommend them 1st & foremost.

Our plumbing project was very involved. We wanted minimal excavation to convert a garage into an apartment; we asked Riverway to give us a quote to put in a toilet, shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. They brought in some pretty hi-tech equipment to locate the exact location of the main drain and limit the amount of concrete to remove. Kyle, Chad, Andy, and Jeremy did great work. Neal, the owner, stopped by each day to make sure everything was on track. They finished on time, according to budget, and even did a few "extra" touches I wasn't expecting. Call them. You won't be disappointed!

This was our first time using Riverway. We had some small jobs and they performed them very well, and were friendly and efficient. The cost was quite reasonable. Our old plumber went out of business with no notice to us, so we considered ourselves lucky to find Riverway who we’re fine with doing just some small jobs. Thanks!
