Daugherty's Services, Inc.

I was trying to get service through these guys with my home warranty company. They sent the request last Tuesday and says that someone would contact me within 24 hours. It is now the following week and no one has contacted me. I’ve tried, the warranty company tried, and nothing. Apparently they don’t care about getting customers and then trying to retain them. Nor do they care about their contracts otherwise I would have been contacted.

Pathetic service. After waiting alllll day for being on a wait list for a week now, they never showed. Thanks, have a leaking shower for a month now with no repair. When asked, response: oh, maybe next week. Uh how about no? Poor poor service. Not even worth a one star.

I called various plumbing businesses they were all too busy from 1 week to two weeks out before they could service me. Daugherty's was in the yellow pages and I decided to call. They responded back within the hour. I was surprised and please. He feed the large Auger into the outside pipe and problem was found, roots. I was happy the issue was found and taken care of. Thank you Daugherty's.

$225 for them to replace a part in my bathtub faucet. They were only here for 45 mins max. Complete rip off!
