Bill did a wonderful job. He was very pleasant and patient with my elderly parents. The cost was very responsible. If you need plumbing service I recommend Roto rooter.

Called and asked their hourly rate. They couldn't tell me what an hour of labor would cost! I asked several times for just the basic labor rate. She kept giving me excuses why she couldn't just tell me a price. I've worked in service for years and the only reason I've ever seen a company use this type of pricing scheme is so they can charge you an inflated price. Beware any company that gives the service tech a commission for selling you extra services.

Emergency Sunday call for a failed sump pump. Got here in a reasonable amount of time, the employee was very helpful.

Scott came to our house early & was so knowledgeable & helpful in explaining our problem with our water heater!! Scott was the best!! He sold us on Roto Rooter! We will always use Roto Rooter & we will ask for Scott!!
