We called for a quote. After 3 weeks, nothing. When we called back, they said they'd look into it. We said please do but we want yo hear back the same day or we are going elsewhere. The guy guy said fine, go ahead. Not very professional.

Called Anderson plumbing for a replacement of an old two-knob shower faucet. Appointment was made quickly and was given per-hour pricing up front. Robert came out and explained my options and potential costs for repair. I was able to ask questions and chose the right option for me (invoice 08797). Robert was prompt, professional, and courteous; he completed the job well and cleaned up his work space. I would definitely recommend Anderson plumbing.
