Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

They are always very professional and neat- making sure to clean up and put things back. Although I could not get the immediate late-night service I preferred, that's understandable. The appointment I did make for later was kept and I was notified 30 minutes in advance. I have used them several times and will continue to do so.

They were nice but my only side note is they were never on time and never told me an exact time they would be there except the first day two days they arrived after that a different guy was doing it and he wasn’t very flexible with us like everyone else was. I’m giving 5 starts bc I think it was just the one guy everyone else was on point which that dude was nice and all but wasn’t timely

Our service was awesome. The technician, Puig, was great. He fixed everything we needed and was very polite and friendly. Thank you so very much.

Out tech, Puia, was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing and offered suggestions on some plumbing issues related to the drain line he was working on.

After explaining my situation to the phone operator she stated I would have a two hour time period that the technicians would arrive. I was VERY pleased that they were in front of my house in less than 45 mins!! Puia and his coworker had my plumbing situation taken care of in no time at all and did awesome work! I highly recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs, especially in an emergency!
