LD Smith was very quick to respond when my sump pump failed. Everything went smoothly from the first call to the installation of the new pump. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
Phil from L.D. Smith Plumbing installed a grinder Sump Pump for us. 1.5 year later, when the pump stopped working , they came over on weekend and fix the problem at no charge to me. This company stands behind their work and I recommend them.
We made an appointment for 2-4PM. Our technician didn't show up until almost 7PM with no communication from them. Then he said he couldn't fix it that night or he would have to charge us emergency after hours fees because it was too late (if they had shown up on time that wouldn't have been the case). So he left and said he would email us a quote for the fix and we could make an appointment at that time. We never received an email. We have called and left multiple messages over the past two weeks but we still haven't heard from them. Our time is extremely limited and we're upset that we've wasted this much time on this and still don't have our issue fixed.
