I had great experience with B&W today. Dave and Spencer replaced our water heater. It was a bit more complicated than expected because of the limited space in the closet. Dave actually called me after they left the first time to tell me that he might be able to find a replacement water heater of the same capacity that would fit in the space. And he did. The water heater works great, and the installation is first class. Dave answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. I am very pleased with the experience, and with the value for price I paid. I would recommend B&W, and in particular Dave to anyone else who is considering having a water heater replaced.

Called them out for a frozen pipe after hours, and they were awesome. Fast and reasonably priced. Really great service. Just had them out again to fix my AC/Heat Pump unit, and Cory was fast, professional, and all around excellent. Very appreciated.

Tom Hicks is an absolutely amazing tech. He's very patient and understanding. Great customer service. Know his stuff and did a detail diagnostic of my heat pump, found the problem, fixed the problem. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Tom!
