Very easy to do business with. Customer service delivered over the phone was great. Clear communications and expectations. Afforabdle rate and did not charge more than what was quoted. No fee for paying with a debit or credit card. They were able to service my system the same day I called. Did not charge me until the job was completed. Matt called me afterwards and updated me on my my system, the job, and future needs. Very informative. Will continue to do business with them and refer others as well. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your business!

Hardin Septic came out today and pumped our septic. They are the most affordable company in town and were very friendly and personable. The job was quick and done well. I also appreciated they stuck to their quoted price with no hidden fees. They have definitely won our business no matter where we live around Bloomington!
