Didn't even get a chance to use a local business. Called them, they interrupted by asking if I have ever had them work on my A/C before. I answered no and that was it. Sorry, cannot help you. Couldn't even look at you until next week. "click".....might want to improve on those customer service skills. It would probably prevent exposure like this. If they were cordial and declined instead of blunt and rude, I would have never even thought about putting something on here.

We got home from work today and it was 50 degrees in our home. We called Yoder Stutzman and 10 minutes later they arrived at our home. Wow that's good customer service!! That's why you do business with your home town businesses. Thank you so much.
