Korte Does It All, Inc

Today a little accident happened... the condenser line to our AC was cracked as it was stepped on. Right away Korte Does It All, Inc was called and Forest Gordon came to the rescue!!! Our Hero!!! The service we have with Korte is something we've never experienced before. Calls to remind of appointments and calls alerting us that the service provider is on the way. No surprises! Just great service!!!

It's outrageous to charge $79 just to have someone give you an estimate for service. I just wanted a ceiling fan installed. I have had HVAC service technicians out before and have not been pleased with their level of troubleshooting ability.

Korte called and let me know the technician was on his way. Ron S. was very friendly and professional. He even let me know that my air filter didn't need changed because it still looked good. Update. It takes so long to schedule with them, they are always a minmum of a month out when I call to schedule my yearly service. I had my ducts cleaned and need a filter change shortly after. I cant wait 6 weeks. Also my work doesnt schedule me out that far so I dont know what day I am available at that point. Maybe they need to hire more people right now but I have to use a different company this year. And if I like them, I wont be back.

At 6:00AM I woke up to a growing puddle of water in my garage coming from my water heater .... UGH! I immediately called Korte. By 9:30AM (same day) I had a brand-new water heater. Tyler and Lane were very professional and explained all my options very well. You've got my business now and forever, Korte!!!

The tech gave me a run around about price had to call the boss my self. The tech left our gas on when he undid our water heater so our house filled up with gas , the younger tech had to shut it off after we said something. A bunch of over pricing when I knew darn well how much it was going to cost. The the tech was down talking me because I am a woman, I was going to have them fix other stuff but not now.
