Had them come out to check on leak for toilet. They said it was wax ring (which I just changed). Leak continued after and I called them to come check it out again. Same issue and again they said wax ring. I now have water stains in the ceiling below toilet and am currently hiring another company to actually look at the issue and now I have to hire a contractor to repair my ceiling. Update: My entire sub floor and ceiling below needs replaced due to a problem I hired them to fix multiple times and they brushed off as a wax ring. Terrible service.

Right now our ac is set to 66 and our bedrooms are 77. Still waiting for tnt to call us back again to address this issue. They assured us they could fix this problem, but all they did was take our money.
Our water heater went out , they were there the next day to fix it! Great guys ! Highly recommend !!
