I had the best experience today with Ellis Ritchie. He is professional, caring, friendly, and he knows what he is doing.!!! I knew when I met him for the first time last Friday, he was someone I could trust, and I requested that he do the work today. He installed a new toilet, and did some plumbing in the basement with no issues at all. In the future, I will always request him because my experience today was AWESOME!!! Wonderfully professional company. I was very upset when I called for help. The first person who answered immediately helped to calm me down and assured quick help. I was called very soon by a scheduler who was also full of empathy. Told me that the professional (Tom) would be over as soon as he finished the call he was on. Tom called me about 1/2 hour before he arrived. Tom was courteous, respectful and helped to educate me as he diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost was very reasonable. Will definitely call these folks again if we have issues with our home well. I recommend them!!!

Alan Ice came out and did the most thorough inspection I have ever seen on my system. He walked me through everything, presented different options and left the decision up to me Sure I wasn't thrilled with the outcome of the diagnosis, but hey bad news is never fun. Alan and Service plus made me feel comfortable with the process for getting my new system, and their turn around time is amazing! Great company, great staff. Great service!

Service Plus is my go-to for heating/cooling and plumbing, they are great! Get the membership, it has great perks and they provide annual maintenance for your plumbing and heating/cooling as part of the cost. I have had them do the following (just to get an idea of how much I trust their work): - new furnace and A/C - new tankless water heater and water softener - replaced water line in front of my house (had busted clay pipes) - new pipe configuration for a laundry room They do everything and I’ve never had a problem!

Joshua and his apprentice Roberto, came and did service on my AC system. They were very polite and efficient. They found a problem with my system and kept me informed of their progress and of potential costs to repair the system. They were also instrumental in getting the labor charges dropped for the repair. I would definitely recommend these two for future work.
