I called for an estimate for a load board and was told the guy who does estimates will call me back when he returns to the office that afternoon. I called them back two weeks later. Set an appointment for them to come out. When it was over an hour after the appointment time, I called to ask for an ETA and was told he has already been out and they dont have the time to mess with me. My house faces my driveway. No one has been here. So this company lied directly to my face, and told me that as a paying customer, I was not worth their time.

could not find anyone in North Manchester that was not busy. Quality Electric came right away. plugged drain. nasty job. Tom was great. even went back to Wabash to get a longer snake. I think that's what you call it. thanks Tom. I hope your boss reads this!

Where and what is quality electric?

I would advise using any other electrical company possible - using this company was the worst experience manageable. Please heed my warning!
