Top notch across the board. My issue was rare and complicated and therefore hard to find. They came out and troubleshooted the issue. They were straightforward with me through the entire process and really went above and beyond. They were professional and affordable. Super nice guys, we will never use anyone else.
My husband & I have them out to our home each year to maintain a drain near a tree in our yard. The roots can cause issues, and they remove them. Great service, efficient, helpful. Highly recommend.
It has been quite like 8 years since I last had my septic tank pumped. I had been thinking about it lately, because the last time we had to do it it was Easter weekend. It backed up and clogged the main line. It was pretty costly to have it pumped and clean the main line on Easter. Easter is fast approaching and when I saw Mike's sewer service across the street, I walked over and talked to them. Tyler was very friendly and came right over to look at my septic tank. They were very friendly and had great communication. They were able to come out the very next day and pump my septic tank. I highly recommend regular maintenance to keep very expensive costly repairs down. I would also highly recommend Tyler and his guys at Mike's sewer service! Clean fast and professional! It was also a very good price compared to other companies.
