I would avoid this company unless you want to keep getting charged more and more money. My drains were backed up so I called qph to come out they charged me an upfront fee of 150 which was fine. Then when the guy came out he couldn’t use the snake to get around my toilet piping so he said they would have to come back out and dig up and area out back paid another 180 dollars and he didn’t do anything that day basically. So at this point I had paid 330 and nothing fixed, they quoted me a price and they came back out and still didn’t fix the problem drains are still backed up because they never used the snake like they were suppose too. I paid over 600 dollars and the problem isn’t fixed! I spoke to the manager and he basically told me he would fix the issue but it would be more money!! Uhhh no thanks! They obviously don’t care about customer service.

Seth and Tyler did an amazing job! We were extremely satisfied with the end product, and the price for the job was very reasonable ( other places we called wanted to charge triple what they did) . Sam, Seth and Tyler we're all polite and professional. We will definitely be contacting them in the future, and will recommend them to all family and friends. Keep up the good work!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of QPH. They came out to see what my plumming issues were and came back the next day to fix it. I would recommend them to everyone. I know I will be calling them again with my next issue.
