I have used Reed's on a few properties and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and prices. Whether it a small leak or a large job they have been fantastic. I have referred them to several friends and they have been very pleased with their work. They are one of the very few companies that I recommend to people without hesitation. Prompt, quality professional work and crew.

Called this company due to a discovered mold issue caused by a plumbing leak. Due to the water in the crawl we was told to stop using the impinging drain to allow for it to dry which we did for 2 days as instructed. When there were still some puddled areas we were told they still could not get to the area to give us an estimate and would need to remove the water with their septic truck. keep in mind this was an insurance claim for the mold part. They then came out the following day (happened to be pouring rain outside) with the septic truck and all of the sudden there was 4-5 inches of water after being in the crawl for 1 1/2 hrs (approx) was told it was ground water coming in, oh and btw $575.00 for absolutely nothing. Like they didnt know it was ground water before they started if there wasn't that much water in there the day before? Then I was told by the owner Jason after waiting for 2 days to get a call back that it cost $500 just to send the truck out there. Really?? RIP OFF!!! They are apparently professional cons in my opinion. Heard the word INSURANCE and literally the woman that answered said, OH

Had Reed's Plumbing come and put a new gas line in for us as we are getting a new cook top. Andy is the one who came out. Was friendly, prompt, and informative. Job was done when he said it would be done and came in less than the estimate. Definitely would hire Reed's again.

Reed's was assigned by my warranty company, and they have done great work. I had them out to fix an issue with my hot water flow to my shower head, that's all corrected plus the water pressure is now better than ever, even in a 100-year-old house with plumbing at least 30 years old.
