Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Matt Kane did a great job this evening. He came out to the house on an emergency call and was very prompt, efficient and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with my service this evening. Would recommend Matt's services to others.

Andrew C. (4782) has done the job but he is not professional at all. He did not ask to use our cup in the kitchen for his work. He does not take a note about customer's requests and performed different than our request (incomplete work). Also he uses curse words during his job. He put his work tools onto kitchen counter without asking permission. He did not clean in detail and trash (small parts of pry woods was thrown into pipe space. He needs to be trained like other guys who helped our clogged sink before, they are great. I am very disappointed with this as I expect same level of professionalism. I am hesitated to request any work in the future.

365/24/7! Easy to schedule in a four hour window. Had the sewer line open in an hour. Then brought in a Rigid video camera system at no extra charge and scoped out the line. It was easy for me to see that I will be digging in the near future.

We were very pleased with the service we received with our technician, Vanlal. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done fast. He even came late on a Sunday night. Would highly recommend!

We called for service the morning before the 4th of July holiday. The scheduler we spoke was very helpful by advising we could expect service within 2 hours and the service person would call a half hour before the would arrive. We were very pleased with the timeliness of the service and The Service person who came to perform the service. He took care of the problem quickly and advised us of a measure to try ourselves if it happened. We would not hesitate to call Roto Rooter again in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
