Having read other reviews AFTER our experience with this company we are totally shocked. From beginning response and estimate to courtesy call at completion to see if we were satisfied with work our opinion of Beverly is nothing but positive. We had extensive plumbing and heating done along with their ordering fixtures, etc. Minor issues arose that were always dealt with. We were met with friendly and professional help. Needless to say we would engage their help again and in maintaining our heating and plumbing units in future. We certainly felt that we got what we paid for.

Bad plumbers and bad rental homes. Bad book keeping and no interest in making repairs until you leave then point the blame on you and drag out deposit refund now waiting a month and a half and no money just excuses.

I told the tech I thought my problem was the water heater, he said I needed all new water lines. He called his boss who told him to check the water heater and that was actually the problem. The first hour costs $100 and that's how long it took for the problem to be diagnosed. To have a new water heater installed cost me a flat rate of $1200 and I wasn't notified of the cost prior to installation. Had I not been charged a flat rate, I would have been paying for the time he spent in the van smoking. The most the water heater itself cost is $500, so installation was $700.
