We had some minor work done late last year and we chose to use Mr. Rooter based on positive online reviews. They didn’t disappoint so when we required very extensive work to be completed below our finished basement we called them first. They were very patient, thorough and reliable throughout the entire process. They also helped manage the process with insurance with good success. Everyone I encountered from this organization (which was many over the course of 2-3 weeks) was courteous and reliable. Mr. Rooter exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. I hope that they can continue to maintain this level of professionalism.

Great Company! They stand by their service every step of the way. My wife & I used them when our toilet broke and had them install a brand new one. About ten months later we had a leak issue and needed someone to come out right away. Called in the morning and Mr Rooter was able to find someone to service us right away. Austin came out and found that the toilet wasn't properly installed. since we had old cast iron pipes it was a difficult installation. They had to completely uninstall and reinstall the toilet. Replaced the flange on the pipe and were able to fix the flange to two pieces of wood. This fixed the leak issue. John the customer service rep came out as well to see if there was anything Mr Rooter could do since the toilet wasn't installed properly the first time. They were able to refund a portion of the toilet we purchased ten months ago and all the service to fix the leak was free of charge. Both Austin & John were professional and provided the best service. Thank you Mr Rooter. I will definitely use your service in the future!

Austin Smith, the technician from Mr Rooter, was very nice, kind, and highly professional when he was working at my home. My kitchen faucet and its valves had been over 15 years with stain, blockage, and occasional leaks. However, he replaced them within an hour. It went quickly and smoothly. He also patiently answered all my questions about plumbing from which I learned. I enjoyed his wonderfully done work.

Called Mr. Rooter plumbing and they would have sent someone on Easter, with no up charge for a Sunday or Religious Holiday, but I told them it wasn’t emergency problem with my toilet. Bill Newman the Journeyman Plumber who came to take care of toilet plumbing issue did a great job and even though I had to replace a 3 year old toilet due to malfunction; he did a great job and very personable. Would recommend him in future plumbing issues... Ask for him!

Getting an appointment scheduled was quick and easy. Austin, the gentleman who came to look at our issue, was great! He was very professional, explained everything up front (work required, cost, etc), and did a great job! It was an all around great experience!
