Great service in helping find what I was looking for
Worked w/ homedepot in Tennessee and had a great experience w/ ordering floors/having them installed. Had a terrible experience w/ home depot in Peoria il. Terrible customer service. First major problem was that I told them that we were buying house in Bloomington il and was told I could work w/ Bloomington home depot. So after they measure I go to Bloomington HD to discuss and they say they cannot access the estimate bc they don't have authorization to do so. They were unwilling to try and get access and no one at Peoria HD was willing to help either. After a lot of time on phone and no help we decide to go with Peoria HD bc seems only option. Well they charge us extra on delivery $150 or so bc were in Bloomington!! I could literally type paragraphs about the many other bad cust svc experiences. My advice is if your looking to buy flooring and have installed go elsewhere!
