Came down the same day . Fixed my water heater within 20 mins I had hot water again. Price was great. Henry did a awesome guy. Will hire again !

I called Kavana's Plumbing around 11:30 p.m. I had an emergency when my pipes burst suddenly due to the extreme weather and I had no water in the house. I called several other plumbers looking for help, but all were booked or either closed due to the late hour. Thankfully, I came across Kavana's Plumbing and Heating which were highly rated and spoke to Henry. He was Courteous and Professional and came right out to our home. He assessed the situation and immediately went to work after we agreed upon pricing. He was very thorough. He fixed the busted pipe and also took the time to correct a few other leaks that resulted in the pipes starting to thaw out. I would highly recommend this Plumbing service. I am so thankful I was able to find a Plumber who was willing to come right out and Henry did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. So happy to have running water again! I wrote a review for Kavana’s Plumbing and Heating about a month ago. During the severe cold, my pipes burst and I needed an emergency 24 hour repair service. I surfed the internet and found several 24 hour service providers, but they had restricted hours listed despite the fact they advertised as 24 hour service. I came across Kavana’s Heating and Plumbing as a 24 hour provider and spoke to Henry who immediately came out and repaired the damage to our pipe and restored our water. We have an old Victorian built in 1894 and the plumbing system is delicate. Henry had the knowledge and resources to correct the situation without causing us to go into extreme debt in order to correct the problem. Sympathetic to our budget, he also recognized a few other issues in the piping system. If left, they could potentially cause more severe problems in the future. In our neighborhood, our house has stood as a historic landmark for the community. We are known as the Pink and White House of the West side of Chicago. My dad was dedicated to preserving the integrity of the home and the frequent repairs needed when preserving an older home. Since his death, the house is in need of many repairs to our great concern. Mindful of this, Kavana’s Plumbing and Heating was willing to donate their time and service to repair and fix some of the other plumbing issues that was detected in the home. This is definitely a company that honors their ability to give back to the community through Social Responsibility; dedicating a portion of time and expertise to help build up the initiative that businesses can give back to the community that supports them. Kavana’s heating and Plumbing is dependable, professional, and qualified to handle your plumbing and heating needs. I especially appreciate the fact that they support the incentive to give back to the community. I highly recommend them for your plumbing and heating needs.

Called Kavana's Plumbing and Heating for main line issue. Henry Wright- owner/plumber came out and resolved issue with main line and replaced shower head and faucet head. I was very pleased with the time taken to do the complete job. Henry was quick and efficient. He explained what he needed to do and how much it would cost so that I understood everything. I have had no other problems since. If something else comes up, I will definitely call Kavana's Plumbing and Heating again. I was one hundred percent satisfied with the service that I received and the time in which it was completed.

Kavana's Plumbing and Heating is an excellent service in an emergency. They were able to fix a busted pipe in our home in a timely and efficient manner and also provide preventative suggestions. My family appreciated their help. I would definitely recommend his service to others.
