These guys are a bunch of crooks! They charged us for coming out because I was under the impression that out septic system needed to be rodded out. They came out and said they had to charge us $95.00 for coming out. I don't remember them charging us before just to come out. And they did nothing to help us anyways! They said rodding out the system would do nothing to help clean the system anyways, that we needed to have the system jet cleaned. They have been keeping us waiting FOREVER for their services and it the meantime our sum pump went dead. AVOID THESE CROOKS!

Prompt, courteous , professional, and by far the most reasonable. I called about a half dozen different companies for a septic clean out, and Jean's was BY FAR the best price. Also, the lady who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was kind, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The tech that came to do the job was the same. Highly recommend!
Jean's performed a septic system inspection and repair for us. The results are great and our septic system is working again. The service and attention from Caleb and staff was first rate as well. Highly recommended!
