We've used Peckenpaugh plumbing for all of our business and residential needs. I had an appointment a few months ago to replace my water heater in my home. I mentioned to the gentleman working on the water heater that I just bought a new faucet for my daughters bathroom and explained how she broke it. He took the time to replace her faucet then he took repaired a small leak in my sons showers too. Not to many places will go out of their way to help but this guy was great! Great service every time!

Peckenpaugh Plumbing might want to consider adding scheduling staff to remind the plumbers of their appointment commitments. We planned our morning around their assurance to come at 8:15 and waited more than an hour with no show or phone call explanation...
