Joe Stewart was sent to my house this week, due to home insurance complications my claim was canceled. Although couldn’t help me out at the moment, he took the time to give me advice and educate me about my sewage lines. Joe didn’t leave me high and dry, he was genuinely nice and cared about us and our situation. Super appreciate you Joe!

Had the basement floor drain back up into my house. spent all Sunday night keeping the water off the floor. Called Roto-Rooter. Honestly one of the best service experiences i have ever had. The dispatchers were very nice, they sent Ivan out to my home. He was able to not only find the problem with in 10 minutes but shown me how to keep it from happening again! So impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help out customers to avoid future problems. Be very proud to have Ivan be the face of the company. very professional and surely revealed a lot of my stress over plumbing issues. I would highly recommend!

Called them because of a stopped up kitchen drain that I had fought with all weekend. Chad (the friendly dispatcher) gave me a time of arrival and met it within 6 minutes, which was impressive on its own. But add to that the professionalism, respect and kindness of Jim, the team member dispatched to help us, and you have one of the best repair experiences of my life. Look, being a home owner is tough, especially knowing when to call someone versus a do-it-yourself solution. I always feel like I’m just winging it, and it’s people like Jim who make me confident that I’ve made the right decision in calling an expert.
