Tim and one more gentleman showed up. They inspected the pipe and were very professional. It was nice talking to them and listen to their advises. From the inspection it was determined that i need hydro-jetting the pipe. I looked at the video stream and it was obvious. Unfortunately, their price for the hydro-jetting was a bit high so i did not go with them but with a different company instead. The price difference was substantial. Overall very satisfied with their service. Just a bit hard to get someone. Easy to reach them during normal business hours, but not after hours nor weekends. No one picks up and no voicemail, nevertheless they claim they are 24/7.

No show two times! Really! I guess where they come from they think this is acceptable. They certainly are not qualified to work in my neighborhood.

Not dependable. No show two days in a row and they had the nerve to tell me after the first no show that it was my fault. Then, at the end of the following day, they didn't show and they said they had several emergencies. They didn't even bother calling. I threw away their magnets and will never call them again.

Great service at the front end of the contract, i.e. customer service, scheduling, etc. Very disappointing at the back end of the service. The sewer pipe exiting from my house needed to be replaced, so the company dug into the ground to access the pipe, which happens to be next to my drive way. Without regards to the gravel base to the driveway, their dig removed this supporting base (it all poured out in their dig). After completing their work on the pipe, they filled the hole they created, but they left a cavernous space underneath the driveway. Upon calling them of this problem, they came out over a week later to only semi-fill the space that they have created from their dig. I ended up calling a mud-jacking company to complete this work, which cost me over $400 to finish the job that this company created!
