Ritchie arrived at my house promptly and was very courteous and professional. He took his time to ensure he understood the problem and the layout of my plumbing. He even looked at the neighborhood to get more perspective. He explained everything to me in layman's terms and ensured we were on the same page. Excellent A++ service. Fantastic experience with Hydro Dynamics Plumbing. My sewer ejector pump went bad and these guys had excellent reviews on Google, so I called them up. Richie gave me a courtesy call indicating when he will be at our house, was prompt, explained everything in details and did a quick and efficient job replacing the pump and the check valve. Initially I was worried that I would need to replace my toilet due to water leaking on the floor.
