From the beginning, the office staff was friendly and helpful when setting up an appointment. Dominick came out for or estimate, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was kind enough to even call back on a Saturday night when we had an emergency with our old sump pump, and then followed up days later to ensure the problem was fixed. We hired this company to fix a basement waterproofing done by another company years ago. Couldn't have asked for a more fair price and excellent service. Workers were professional, easy to talk to with questions, and very clean. They even were willing to address an issue with water leakage found after the initial estimate. For peace of mind, I'm glad I found Reliable, and would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks.
Everyone we dealt with at Reliable, both on the phone and in person, were professional, respectful and pleasant. We are selling the house and despite giving us the option of doing alot more work to the basement, they pointed out things, the severity of each, and we discussed what a prospective buyer and inspector would look at. The only issue we had, was one we caused, when we transposed 2 numbers when we wrote the check. Even this was handled professionally and respectfully. I would DEFINITELY use this service again! They seem to know what they are doing, educate you in what (I believe to be- don't know their business) an honest manner, and even considering your concerns and the reason you called them, without pressuring you! Solving the basement problem was a slightly more affordable and much more pleasant experience than we anticipated.
Great price, amazing customer service, very professional. We had Scott and his crew - they were all amazing!
Absolutely loved the job the did and were a pleasure to work with . I have and will continue to recommend them
This company needs to stress to their people that when they are driving their vehicles, they are representing their company. Blowing through stop signs, cutting people off, reckless driving in a school zone isn’t a good look.
