John replaced our garage attic ladder (the kind that folds up into the ceiling). It is a project many others wouldn’t even quote. Home Fixers were awesome. Showed up on time to do the estimate. Provided a quick quote and scheduled the work. They purchased all the supplies needed for the job (and didn’t charge a commission for that). Removed the broken ladder, replaced with the new ladder and installed nice face trim. Cleaned up the work area nicely. It works perfectly and looks nice. I wish every contractor was this great!
I have used Home Fixers in Warrenville several times to do repairs in my home, but this last time was the BEST! We had a leaky toilet that caused water damage to our vanity and to some drywall. We needed a new toilet, a new vanity and the drywall repaired and painted. The handyman they sent was Hans, and he took care of everything in a timely and efficient manner! Highly recommend!
