VERY EXPENSIVE!!! First off, they gave me a 3 hour window, but showed up 15 minutes after the window. I had to call to find out where my plumber was. When they finally showed, they unclogged my sink but took 2 hours to do it. Took them three tries to get it done correctly. Of course it did, they charge $95 for an extra hour. $465 seemed REALLY expensive for such a job. I will not use this company again, and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either. Shop around, there are less expensive plumbers around.

I contacted Expert Plumbing Service, Inc. after my sisters basement flooded a second time in less that 6 months due to one sump pump being unplugged and the second sump pump becoming in operable. Chris arrived promptly, was very friendly, explained my options fully and performed the work requested in a professionally and expediently. He treated my elderly mother and semi disabled sister with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this company and Chris.

Excellent service!! Great to have a company you can trust to do it right! They solved problems at my office same day (within 75 min) to keep me open without losing business. Then they fixed a faulty sump system in my newly purchased home....right before a massive rain storm. Quality work and quality people!

Stay clear The plumber was nice but quote was out of a book $600.00 for two valves or $86.00 for coming out to give me a quote. $125. For a installment of a ball valve and $475. For outside faucet valve that was leaking from the top. He did the job standing up , no crawl under anything. This company took advantage of me.

It was the best experience! My plumber was so personable and explained everything very clearly. I never thought a plumber could make your day, but i actually enjoyed talking with Lukasz. The work was done quickly and well. This is the second time i have used them and i will always go back.
