Always Easy Flow Sewer-Septic

I had loads of maple roots which caused my bathroom drain to back up. Steve came within an hour and took care to make sure my 1973 clay pipe was clear. He also recommended a clean out replacement that would save me time and money in the future.

I called in order to get my sewer line snaked, as something was blocking it. I couldn't find out what the problem was, so I called them to help me snake the line and help me figure out solutions to this problem. They told me it had just been some time, and needed to be rodded again. So they snaked it, worked well for only a month before starting to back up into my basement. Upon further investigation on my own, I found that my sewer line was clogging due to a tore lint trap on my washer. These guys are not professionals, they should have advised me on this and even looked for it, as my new guy told me this is a common thing that should be looked at! These guys are not worth $180 for a snaked line. I would avoid at all costs....
