Had a clogged soil pipe. I called these guys and two guys came over and spent 4 hours in my basement. Most of that time was spent getting their camera out of my pipe because it was stuck. The used a roto-rooter to clear out my pipe but thought their might be bigger problems but couldn't say for sure because the refused to put the camera back in the pipe. A week later I got a bill for about $550.00!! They charged me hourly for two guys to run a roto-roter!!! I thought this was crazy, so I called them. I got voicemail, so I left a message asking about my bill and wanted them to call me back. I never got a call back but I have gotten bills with "DUE NOW" written on them. Never Again will I use these guys.
