They were super helpful and polite. I had to reschedule my water heater install a few times because I wasn't home, but the ladies in the office were super nice, even when I got annoyed. Very professional. I will definitely be using them again :)
Beware beware beware Zero stars I called for a rooter service they broke the bottom of the toilet with the snake causing water damage to a hardwood floor owner refused to reimburse for a new toilet and second plumber to come out. Weeks later replace the toilet with a cheaper brand smaller unit. But I still have water damage to the floor. service was poor the owner Mark and does not know his business and was rude and hung up on me.They do not return phone calls to fix problems. RUN AWAY for this business and Speedy plumbing....

Long story short, we had a leak and needed to find out where. Called one company out and they checked the entire house couldn’t find a leak. Their best guess was that our main line from our front yard had a crack. After a week we decided to go ahead and go forward with our next steps to find the leak. Called three times no phone call returned. After looking at reviews online we decided to go with TCR rooter, and I’m so glad we did. Preston got here looked around and immediately found the leak! I can’t believe the other company missed it, all it was was a flip of a board and there it was. Clear as day water had been pooling and the entire ground was wet. He got us fixed up in 2 hours! All new piping with all new insulation. Definitely will be going with them for any other future problems or tasks. I’m just bummed I didn’t go with them in the first place.
