We called and talked to the owner about our problem and asked for a ballpark price. He wouldn’t commit to a price (which we understood). This company wanted an outrageous price just to come look at our problem. I understand no free estimates just be more customer friendly. We ended up going with someone else. After reading his reviews and seeing how he has bad mouthed former customers I don’t think we will ever do business here at all. Be a little more professional sir.

$225. And still no water ! I felt as a woman alone he took advantage of me. I was not given a quote just for looking for the problem . Shocked to see the invoice.

I called to ask how much a water heater installed would be. The man who I later learned was the owner gave me a ballpark figure which I immediately knew was way to high. When I let him know I thought it was high and I would shop around he told me he wasn’t going to do it for free. I don’t expect a business owner to work for free. I ended up going to a competitor who was several hundred less and was polite from start to finish.

I had Lenhart come to look at a water heater that needed a part put in. They ended up talking the elderly renter into replacing the whole water heater when only a part was needed. When I got the bill I was a bit confused on the price, thinking it was an error. I called Jeff the owner and he cursed at me saying he got authorization to replace the whole unit from the "old lady at the house". I explained she was just a renter and had Alzheimer's. He told me that was my problem. He charged me over $1900 for a new water heater. When I asked why it was so much he explained he recommended his gold package price. I asked what the difference was between the basic price and the gold package price and he snapped back at me "about 900 dollars". I explained a water heater installed should be one basic installation price, and also shouldn't cost that much. He told me he deals with people like me all the time that try to rip him off. Judging by your reviews YOU rip people off. I wish Ed King and son was still in business, they treated people right and were priced honestly. Shop around and you will see how outrageous Lenharts prices are.
