I used this company for the first time and was very impressed with the overall professionalism and experience. Angel was the service tech who came to my home. Upon entering, he placed footies over his boots - usually I have to request techs to do this. After identifying the issues, we discussed price and next steps. After the job was complete, he cleaned the work area and left it just as he found it - clean! In the future, I will definitely call on this company again.

I have used these guys before and was impressed, which prompted me to call them out for another small job. They also gave me an estimate on a job i was thinking about them doing. The small job was done quite well and rather quickly, which made me question the price. However, that didn’t stop me from having them handle the next job. They did not disappoint as this job was more involved. I am extremely happy with them and as usual will call them out again. The guy that did my work is very polite and thorough. Thank you Flo-Maxx!!!!!

Flo-Maxx was amazing. The plumber tied to my home warranty was slow to respond and not acting professionally. I called Flo-Maxx and their operator was professional, clear, called me by name and was awesome. Then, the tech Martin was great. Friendly, smart, answered my questions, quoted a great price, did a fantastic job. I am SO psyched to have found a plumbing company this awesome. I will be recommending to all my friends and calling them if I have ANY plumbing needs at all.

First of importance was the punctuality of starting, it was right on the money. I was not informed, expect service to start with a window of three (3) to (4) hours. Kevin and Jill were truly professionals. Joe you are a man of your word, promise made, a promise kept. I was very impressed in the manner everything was explained to me before starting.
