Sidney Edwards did an amazing job! He also took the time to teach my 9 year old son about tools and how to use them. Anyone that takes the time to teach a child is worth the praise! Thank you for your patience and professionalism!

Every time they came they said that they couldn't repair the problem . Horrible customer service also. Been waiting for a call back for almost 10 days.

My mom's water heater went out Saturday night. She's with a company that calls repairmen/women that is contracted thru them to come out and see if the appliance can be fixed or needs to be replaced. The company she called faxed A-1 Suburban Plumbing with the contract and claim number. No one called over the weekend, which was understandable. So, as a homeowner I thought that since they had a contact and claim number faxed to them already that they would call sometime Monday morning to scheduled an appointment to come check the water heater. But they hadn't by 12 noon, so got the phone number off my notes that my company gave me and called them. When the front desk clerk answered I told them that I was waiting on someone to call to see when they could come out. She asked my name, if I had a claim number. The clerk out me on hold and came back on the line. She let me know they received my contact, claim number and that the water heater wasn't working. The clerk asked me what was going on with water heater and I explained what was going on. She then preceeded to tell me that the technician, Joe who worked in my area would give me a call to schedule an appointment. Well about 2:45pm and I still hadn't received a call, so I called A-1 Suburban Plumbing again to let them know that I was still waiting on a call from Joe to schedule an appointment. The clerk put me on hold and I assume called Joe and she preceded to let me know that he was on a job and would return my call. Well a day later A-1 Suburban Plumbing or the technician Joe have called. I contacted the company to let them know I waited at home all day and no return call even after I contacted them twice. And that this is bore business to not even return a call after I took the day off work. Well my original company faxed another business that they deal with. And needless to say, the new business came out today and my new water heater will be installed tomorrow. I wouldn't recommend this business to another for their lack of concern. Poor business to not return a phone call when you have a contract and claim number with a company you do business with.

I would love to give them a high review because they did great work but I won't because they did the job and I signed the work form saying they didn't cause any damage but later on realized they broke my main water valve completely off and now they won't even respond to my calls they say they'll contact the worker that was here Jeremy and then I don't hear anything from them if you contract them before you pay or sign anything check to make sure they didn't cause anymore damages in your home

I came home to these guys digging up my front yard to fix my neighbors water main and they were cursing and yelling at each other about whose fault some mistake was. They drove their heavy equipment on my property after I told them not to when I wasn't home. When I confronted the owner about it he lied and said they didn't cause the damage and I couldn't prove it. They then refused to return my property back to a level grade after digging much of it up. He kept saying it wasn't in the contract to grade their work when done ignoring the fact that I never signed a contract with them, my neighbor did. He also said their was an easement on my property that allowed him to dig it up without my permission. That is obviously not true at all. On a different day I confronted the workers about this again and they cursed at me, called me names, laughed in my face, then called the Lake County Sheriff's office out to my house because I was cursing back at them to return my property to the condition it was before they tore it up without my permission. When the Sheriff came he listened to both stories and then promptly told the workers to do what I said and level my yard back to the way it was minus the grass seed that will need to be put down. He also told them that if they were to get physical with me they would all be going to jail. He then told me to document this by taking pictures of the damage, he gave me a police report case number, and told me to sue them if they don't fix the damage. The Sheriff's office also told me that he had all of this documented on his body camera as well if I needed video proof. The owner of the business also didn't care about the behavior of his workers and told me he had plenty of insurance and to sue him if I wanted. I can't see why anyone would hire these amateurs and have them do work at their house. The level of disrespect for another person's property and then to respond the way they did instead of trying to understand where I was coming from should speak volumes about the kind of people they are and the work that they do. If you want a bunch of unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant bunch of plumbers you should hire them. In the meantime I am going to sue them for property damage and take them to court and make sure they cover my lawyers fees, court costs, and replacing the sod on my property. God bless the police and God bless the United States of America.
