Called for service and the business had a technician who was on jury duty so the lady on the phone actually offer some advice and ended up saving us a service call. Awesome customer service

I was told it would be over $2000 to change a water heater a sump pump! Yes a normal 40 Gal home water heater, the one you can but at Lowe's for $380 and it takes them max of 3 hours to install then a $167 sump pump plus labor. What am I stupid....?
