Worthless. Spent over $5,000 on various plumbing items. He ordered a tankless water heater from Amazon instead of ordering a name brand from a plumbing warehouse--something I didn't realize until now. In his bill of sale he claimed it had a 10-year warranty. I called him seven times over three days, leaving messages and not even a call back. He won't back up what he sells and won't honor the warranty. I would give him lower than a one if they one that rating.
