Able & Willing Plumbing

Everyone I spoke with is very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a new water service line installed fairly quickly and they were able to do it the following week within a couple of days. I definitely recommend them and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs.

Called them last minute & they installed a New Hot Water Heater same day! Very Professional & new what they were doing! Ask for Dave & Cris! In the shower 1 hour after they left with plenty of Hot Water. Rock & Roll! ????

These guys are awesome. My sewer backed up over the weekend and I couldn’t get so much as a call back from several other companies. Called Able & Willing and they had a technician out within an hour. My sewer backs up and requires cleaning about once every other year. The last several times I have had it cleaned, the other companies I have used always try to sell me on major sewer replacements because “my sewer is original to the house and collapsed and letting roots grow in it”. I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed income and can not afford thousands of dollars for a new sewer. Anyway, the technician came out and ran his snake through the stack pipe in the basement out to the street, he spent a good hour cleaning the sewer and used several different cutter heads. He then ran a camera down the line and showed me the condition of the sewer after I told them the other plumbers said it was collapsed and wanted to replace it. (It was by no means collapsed and also appeared to now be root free!) I am sure the sewer is old and it is likely the roots will grow back, but living on disability I just do not have the funds to replace it and the technician understood that. I recommend anyone with sewer problems to call these guys because they were prompt, HONEST, and even gave me a military veteran discount! Thanks again Able! I will definitely be calling you back with any plumbing problems I may have in the future.

Great service from Able & Willing Plumbing! I had a leak in my ceiling below the bathroom and had another company come out for an estimate. They told me the only way to get to the leaking pipes was to remove my bathtub and cut open my floor in the bathroom. I was quoted over $3,000!!! So I called Able & Willing Plumbing for a second opinion. Their technician came out and was able to cut a small hole in my ceiling below the bathroom and replace the same leaking pipes the other company told me was impossible to access from underneath, and for far far less money! They are honest and dependable and didn’t try to take advantage of a woman with no knowledge of plumbing whatsoever. Can’t thank you guys enough. :-)

They came to our church in S. Chicago Heights and were 20 times more knowledgeable than the previous company that came. Gave us a fair quote for changing out the sewer line (about 30 feet). Ended up rodding us out, but we plan on using them when its time to replace the sewer line. Give em a call.
