Basement drain backed up. Jim explained the options clearly, and the practical feasibility and limits on the effectiveness of each. Each option had its own price. He did both and charged me only for one. He's a third generation business owner and it shows in his professionalism, honesty, and respectfulness. Happy customer here unequivocally recommending Northwest Plumbing Co!
