PROFESSIONAL POLITE PROMPT.... I can't tell you how pleased I am with Apex... I called after reading the reviews Chuck the owner answered the call. He sent his men out ...I was amazed how quickly the crew came to my home... They fixed the job and left the place looking better then when they came. I am very pleased with everything they did..I wish I could give more stars .. Highly recommend. Prices are fair...maybe not the cheapest but well worth every penny. Felt safe being home alone with them...

I was late by 15 min dropping the kids off at school, but Ben waited for me. Fortunately the water heater lighted up again without a problem (I might of been doing it wrong), Ben showed me how to start it. Since there was nothing actually wrong he said he’s not going to charge a service fee.... thanks Apex & Ben!!!
