I have called on 3 different occasions over the last 2 years and left multiple messages. Have never once received a call back. I would imagine they treat customers the same way after they get paid. Call someone else if you expect any work to be done.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. We paid Brad to rework the plumbing in our home during a complete gut rehab project. 4 months later and we have a leak coming from one of his fittings that has soaked through the ceiling and is dripping onto our first floor. He promised to be by and never showed up. He has since stopped returning phone calls and pushes us to voicemail every time we call. He is refusing to respond to any of our requests for help or follow up. It is shocking to me how some people remain in business. He couldn't care less. I would NEVER HIRE him again nor would I recommend him to anyone. A complete loser.
We had an emergency yesterday with our shower and had to shut off the main water supply. We called Three Rivers Plumbing. Brad made it to our house in under an hour. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed and the water running again with in the hour. The price was very reasonable considering it was an emergency. I would definitely recommend Three Rivers Plumbing to other customers.
