Webb Plumbing

As a “partner” of our home builder, this contractor was supposed to do warranty work on our new house. On my first call they picked up and set a day (Wednesday) of that next week to stop by. As planned I was home all day with my lab who hears everything (so I know I didn’t miss anything) and Webb was a no-show. I’ve called close to 10 times since then with my builder, Chad Murphy, even reaching out and they won’t pick up or call back. Pathetic customer service and complete waste of time.

Cons - Took 4 days to respond to a water heater outage. Called Embrich plumbing, recieved service the same day. They even called back to follow up two days later. Finally a day after that, Webb plumbing called. :-(
